The oldest Lowland ever released, this is a cask strength, single cask bottling limited to only 112 bottles in the world.
Limited edition vintage malt whisky from Glasgow’s distillery, Auchentoshan, designed to reflect Glasgow as it is now – stylish, cosmopolitan, and very individual. This fine whisky is the oldest and most expensive lowland malt ever.
Distillers Tasting Notes
Burnished copper in colour, the body is light to medium. Wonderful complexity on the nose with honey, lemon, orange peel and creamy vanilla, with light almond and leafy notes. The palate is awash with crushed vanilla and zesty fruitiness, overlaid with a light raisin flavor. The finish is light and mild with a satisfying creaminess complimented by a light, mild fruitiness, with just a hint of almond.
The bottle is unopened and will come with original packaging. If you have any questions at all about this item, please feel free to email me at Chris-Arponen@shaw.ca I would be more then happy to answer any questions you may have

Thu, January 17, 2008 - 6:10 PMDon't know if this will get a response from a zero-friend no-photo posting* (spam?), and I also understand the concept of "if you have to ask..."
But I'm really curious as to what the price is.
And no, I'm sure I can't afford it.
*no disrespect if this is legit, but based on prior experience... -

I was thinking the same thing. Advertising a bottle worth several thousand dollars in a Tribe community...? Doubtful. -
